Terms of service

Updated 10/09/2026

These terms explain how ItsDone.uk works. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. They should be read with our privacy policy.

ItsDone.uk is operated in the United Kingdom by IPMA-UK LTD (“we”, “us”). Questions: [email protected].

The marketplace

ItsDone.uk helps people find and offer services: fixed-price listings (gigs), buyer tasks with offers, and hourly offerings. We provide the platform. Agreements for the work itself are between the buyer and the seller, unless we clearly say a service is provided by the platform.

Accounts

You must give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may sign in with email, Google, or Facebook where those options are offered. You must be at least 18 to use the site.

Listings, tasks, and messages

Sellers and buyers are responsible for what they post, including prices, descriptions, offers, and messages. Do not post anything illegal, misleading, or harmful. We may edit, hide, or remove content, or suspend accounts, if we think these terms or the law have been broken.

Payments

Where checkout is available, amounts, fees, and any refund rules are shown before you pay. Until payments are fully live, some checkout flows may be limited or simulated. We are not a bank or escrow provider beyond what is described at checkout.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the site to scam, harass, or impersonate others.
  • Do not attempt to access other people’s accounts or our systems without permission.
  • Do not use automated tools to scrape or overload the site.

Our role and liability

We try to keep ItsDone.uk available and useful, but we do not guarantee that listings are accurate or that a job will be completed. To the extent allowed by UK law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for disputes solely between users. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes

We may update these terms. The latest version will be on this page. If you continue to use the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may also bring a claim in your local UK court if the law gives you that right.
