User data deletion

You can ask us to delete your ItsDone.uk account and the personal data we hold about you.

How to request deletion

• Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the subject “Data deletion request”.
• Include your username and a clear confirmation that you want the account permanently deleted.

What we delete

We delete or anonymise personal profile data, login details, and messages where we reasonably can. Public listings and some records may be kept or anonymised where we need them for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Facebook Login

If you signed in with Facebook, deleting your ItsDone.uk account removes our copy of the profile data Facebook shared with us (such as name, email, and photo). You can also remove the app from Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites.

Timing

We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of verifying the request. Contact [email protected] if you have questions.
